The squibix blogging system is something I put together when my Moveable Type installation started breaking. While that was the immediate motivation, though, the real reason was I wanted something that was really customizable on a basic level, without the overhead created by packages like Moveable Type trying to provide for every possibility. I also wanted better markup.
So this is what I got. All the best features from the blogs you're used to, and just me to blame if something goes wrong with it. So far we're on version 0.000001 alpha, and the only installation is the squibix family blog, but if you're brave and want a custom blogging solution let me know, and I'll customize you up your very own installation of the sbs.
